Inter-Frame Based Interpolation for Top–Bottom Packed Frame of 3D Video

چکیده

The frame-compatible packing for 3D contents is the feasible approach to archive compatibility with existing monocular broadcasting system. To perceive better quality, packed frames are expanded full size at decoder. In this paper, an interpolation technique enhancing and comparing quality of enlarged halt vertical left right stereo video in top–bottom presented. end, appropriate modes from fourteen available each row segment, which exploit correlation between stereoscopic as well current adjacent individual view, estimated encoder. Based on information received encoder, decoder, scheme can select most original data find missing values to-be-discarded segments. proposed method outperformed than state-of-the-art methods terms subjective visualization numerical PSNRs SSMI about 11%, execution time 12% comparisons.
